Cancellation and No Show policy. A non-refundable $25 deposit will be required for new clients on their first visit. If you need to reschedule that deposit will be moved to the next appointment time. If you reschedule more than once you will be required to pay the deposit again. The deposit is to confirm and hold your appointment day and time. It will not be taken off your total. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 25% fee of your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours or failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge of the full service you have selected. (emergencies will be understood.) Failure to show up to your appointment after 5 minutes of your scheduled time will result in no designs or art! If you are over 5 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of your appointment! Your appointment is time reserved for you.
